To get started on your clear skin journey, you will first schedule an Acne Bootcamp Consult & Enrollment appointment. During this time we will go over in great detail how our program works and what is expected of you in order to achieve results. At your consultation, whether in clinic or virtually, we will thoroughly discuss the following:
You will purchase your first round of home care products at this visit so you can start using it at home immediately.
**Plan on spending around $120-$150+ for your initial set of home care products. Products last 6-8 weeks but can also change without notice due to your skins response. A virtual check in to see progress, make any necessary home care adjustments, follow up on diet and lifestyle changes, etc. Your skincare specialist will Facetime you for this.
Your consult & enrollment will be exactly as explained above minus the first in clinic treatment. We will go over your home care recommendations and send you an online link to pay for it. Once processed we will ship out your order.

You must commit to doing your home care regimen twice a day (am/pm). You must also be committed to using only FR products and keeping them stocked for use at home. You should be willing to come in or virtually check in on a regular basis with your acne expert as well. Lifestyle Adjustments such as foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, and pore-clogging ingredients in skin and hair products are important to pay attention to. Your progress will be closely monitored to make sure you have the best regimen for your skin - making adjustments, if necessary, to get your skin healthy and clear in the fastest way possible.
What is required to join the program?
Because it takes up to 90 days for acne to form, you may still have 90 days of acne that will surface. Our acne products and protocol will keep the new acne from forming that would surface 90 days from now. The Face Reality Acne System will have your acne under control in about three to six months (in most cases) depending on your type of acne. Some types of acne take longer to clear. Your Acne Specialist will customize a home care regimen that takes at least five things into consideration - your type of acne, your skin type, your skin color, your skin sensitivity and your environment. The biggest part of getting your skin clear will be your commitment to doing your home care regimen as instructed and following lifestyle guidelines.
How long will it take to get clear?
Disclaimer: This program is not for everyone. It is not an overnight fix and will require many changes and a strong commitment. You must also be willing to use on Face Reality products during the time and stop anything else you may have at home.
Am I candidate for this program?
We assess your skin every two weeks to see if we can make your regimen a bit stronger. We do not want your skin to get used to products, but also not make the regimen so strong that your skin gets dry and irritated. This method will keep your skin clearing up. It’s important to know that if adjustments are not made, your progress may stall. If, for some reason, you cannot make it in for a treatment, you must contact your Acne Specialist to get your next set of instructions for home care adjustment.
